The benefits on offer here at the Institute are generous - and sometimes surprising. As well as 25 days holiday (accruing to 30 in time), we offer (after a qualifying period) a contributory pension scheme, life assurance and private medical care. We even offer schemes to help you buy a bike or childcare vouchers. Travel season ticket loans are available (after a qualifying period), and the restaurant offers meals at subsidised prices. What’s more, if you introduce other people to the Institute's employment once you’ve joined, you could benefit from our attractive employee referral programme.
Our normal hours of work are 35 hours a week, with an hour for lunch. We work Monday to Friday. We pay you monthly, on the 25th of each month, or the last working day if the 25th falls on a Bank Holiday or weekend. Your salary will be reviewed annually, and any changes normally become effective from 1 January. When you join us, we usually put in place a six month probationary period to make sure we’re all getting along well before making things permanent.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
